What will you be doing at DeepL? 

In the Salesforce Platform team, we enable GTM Teams in driving growth for DeepL by building secure, reliable and scalable solutions on the Salesforce and Hubspot Platforms. The result is a system architecture that reflects our business processes and allows every user to unlock the full potential of Salesforce.

This is a highly executional role where you will use your expertise to design, model and implement solutions that will result in the rapid evolution of our Salesforce system. With your understanding and experience of revenue processes, you will be a key contributor to the team, working with business stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Elaborate business requirements, design solutions, model and implement SFDC processes & systems in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration in the further development of the CRM strategy and optimization of the CRM functionalities processes in close cooperation with end users and our partners
  • Support and further development of the Salesforce interfaces
  • Creation of Salesforce flows and workflows
  • Maintain data to allow for 360-degree view of customer
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted Marketing & Sales activities
  • Assist in the definition, documentation, and implementation of CRM-related policies and procedures
  • Coordination of the roll-out of prioritised CRM initiatives / projects to end users, training users on CRM applications, and providing ongoing support to CRM users
  • Create functional documentation during the implementation phase as well as support in documenting the status quo


Qualities we look for

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, specifically in SaaS processes
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing Quote-To-Cash processes in the Salesforce platform
  • Strong consultant mindset and willingness to act as Subject Matter Expert for anything Salesforce-related
  • Extensive and strong experience in Project Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • You can think across multiple teams' requirements, multiple regions, and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • A strategic thinker who operates effectively with management; you can flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
  • Salesforce Certifications are a plus
