What will you be doing at DeepL?

You will be working in a highly motivated team and helping us with a wide array of tasks including development of PR campaigns, research media and industry trends, build and maintain positive public and media relations, advise on various cultural aspects of your target region, and much more. Your responsibilites

• Help create and assist in PR campaigns (especially for the German-speaking media)
  
• Research on media and industry trends
  
• Develop and edit PR material (including press releases)
  
• Advise on aspects of German media and culture
  
• Maintain positive relations with media and public
  
• Communicate ideas and suggestions relating to our language service to other teams

About you

• You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and are familiar with the linguistic and cultural details of the language
  
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken) communicating in English (written and spoken)
  Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Language/Literature or a related field
  
• At least 2 years experience in PR or similar
  
• Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
  
• Knowledge of other languages, e.g. Spanish, German or French, is a plus
  
• Experience writing English language content is a plus
