• Development of our web-based research platform for labelling of language data and quality assessment of translations
• Designing new solutions that can scale with our growing infrastructure and staff, as well as new requirements and new languages
• You work closely with our research team and language experts to create the tools we need to explore new research ideas and continuously improve the linguistic quality of our translations

About you

• At least 1 year of professional experience in full-stack development (at university or in the private sector)
• Good knowledge of web and JavaScript/front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, ideally TypeScript)
• Experience in working with modern JS frameworks, e.g. React
• Good knowledge of backend development, e.g. with Python or Node.js, and in dealing with backend frameworks, e.g. FastAPI or Nest.js
• Experience with relational databases (SQL)
• You are comfortable with Linux environments and have already had contact with Docker and ideally with Kubernetes.
• You enjoy solving difficult problems
• A lot of interest in new things, for example new frameworks, programming languages...
• Experience and a lot of initiative in programming various projects
• Fluent in English
