What will you be doing at DeepL?

As an Equity Programme Administrator you will be responsible for the stock options and equity programmes for all employees here at DeepL. Your responsibilities



  • You will ensure that our current equity programme is up to scratch and to market standard, as well as ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Day to day administration of DeepLs (virtual) equity programmes including processing new equity awards, cancellations and changes; we use an equity management tool called Ledgy
  • Responsible for stock option expensing (according to IFRS), tracking and reporting requirements
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding our equity programme whilst providing excellent service to our participants at all levels
  • Collaborate with our People Ops, Payroll, Accounting & Legal teams on equity-related queries

About you

  • 4-7 years experience working with employee equity programmes.
  • Experience of working within a tech company that has had a public market listing in the last 5 years.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisation skills.
  • Desirable experience on the Ledgy platform or similar tools like Carta, Capshare, Shareworks.
  • Sensitivity to employee privacy laws and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
